If you're looking for great customer service, ask for Andrew at Ocean Prime in Troy, Michigan.  The positive experience was a pleasure because, not only was Andrew professional and courteous but he also listened. As a result, he made recommendations for a very picky eater and was spot on.  The order was for Teriyaki Salmon, but it could not be sweet.  Andrew suggested that the dish was more savory than sweet, and he was right.  The meal was perfect.  Hats off to the chef, but if it had not been for Andrew, the fear of overly sweet teriyaki would have led to just the crabcake sliders and truffle fries.  Nice job Andrew!!
