Buckwheat Granola

Ingredients
1 c pitted packed dates
1/2 c purified water
2 1/2 c of raw buckwheat groats
3/4 c raisins
1/4 flaxseed soaked overnight
1/4 c pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds soaked (drained and rinsed)
1tsp ground cinnamon

Combine
In a large bowl combine buckwheat, raisins, and all seeds in a large bowl
Add date paste:
soak dates and pit them, then blend to make the paste.

Press & Dry
Evenly spread about 1/4 inch on parchment paper for baking in oven or dehydrator.
After halfway done, turn over ...
If use oven, temperature should be lowest available, not higher than 175 degrees
Recommendation: if possible, use a dehydrator for 8 hours
Store in glass jar for up to three months and enjoy!
